Acceptable Use Policy

Keys and services from 12Nexus may only be used for the Customer's lawful business purposes. In addition to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, which applies to all Gemini API requests, the Customer must not:

• share, publish or embed API keys in public code, websites or apps;
• resell or give access to the services to anyone outside the Customer's organisation without our written agreement;
• use the services to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content that is fraudulent, abusive or harmful;
• process personal data without a lawful basis, or send highly sensitive data the Customer is not permitted to share with cloud providers;
• try to get around rate limits, security controls or billing;
• run workloads that harm the platform, such as attacks, scraping at abusive volume or cryptocurrency mining on the AI virtual machines.

We may suspend a key that breaks this policy and will tell the Customer why. Report misuse or a leaked key to info@12nexusbpo.com.
