Billing and Payments Policy

Post-paid billing

The services are billed after use. The licensing fee for a period equals the Google Cloud cost of the Customer's usage in that period, by service, as shown under Usage and Spend and billing in AI Studio. Amounts are in US dollars.

Invoices and partial payments

We may invoice the total for a period in one invoice or in several partial-payment invoices. Each invoice shows the total for the usage, the amount due on that invoice, and the balance still owed after it is paid. The balance is invoiced separately.

Payment terms

Invoices are due within 15 days of issue unless the invoice says otherwise. Pay by card through the secure online checkout linked from the invoice, or by another method agreed in writing. Quote the invoice number with any payment. Payment is confirmed in AI Studio and by email.

Taxes

Amounts are exclusive of any withholding or other taxes the Customer is required to deduct; the Customer will provide the relevant certificate for any amount withheld.

Late payment

If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date we may pause new usage on the Customer's keys until it is paid. Usage already incurred remains payable.

Disputes and refunds

If you believe an invoice is wrong, tell us within 30 days of receiving it at info@12nexusbpo.com; we will review the usage records and correct the invoice or explain it. Because the fee pays for usage already incurred with Google Cloud, payments are not refundable except to correct a billing error or duplicate payment, which we refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
