Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 12Nexus, 5615 Raleigh St, Mississauga, ON L5M 7E4, Canada handles personal data in AI Studio and the AI platform services.

What we collect

• Account details: the names, work email addresses and organisation of portal users.
• Usage and billing data: API usage, cost by service, invoices and payments.
• Request content: prompts, audio and files sent through the API keys pass through Google Cloud to the model and back. We do not keep copies of request content in AI Studio.
• Technical data: sign-in times and IP addresses in server logs, kept for security.

How we use it

To provide and secure the services, to bill for them, and to contact the Customer about its account. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Google Cloud (hosting, Gemini API and other services), our card payment provider PkPayPlus (when you pay online), and our email provider (invoices and notices). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for as long as the account is active and then for the period tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

AI Studio uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@12nexusbpo.com. Some billing records must be kept by law.
